Pendrell Hall Wedding Venue | Staffordshire
I met Jamie and Poonam at another wedding I photographed the year before. I was so excited when they told me they’d be tying the knot at Pendrell Hall wedding venue because I love this place. The grounds are perfect for couple photographs during the wedding day. Jamie and Poonam opted for a pre-wedding engagement shoot 6 weeks before their wedding day.
Pendrell Hall wedding venue were kind enough to allow us to use the grounds for their engagement photoshoot. This was a lovely little icebreaker. I got to know the couple and the couple to got to know the way I work.
Poonam arrived first and got ready in the ‘Love is Enough’ room. She had the lovely Parveen Sidhu do her hair and makeup on the day. Poonam had an English bridal look during the day and got changed into a couture Indian Bridal Lengha in the evening. For her Civil Ceremony, Poonam wore a lovely Wed2B bridal dress that she purchased from the Solihull store.
Jamie and Poonam had their wedding ceremony outdoors due to the weather being so beautiful. This was my second outdoor wedding at Pendrell Hall and I loved it! The first wedding being Leon and Sasha’s that I posted about here. The Jamie waited patiently for Poonam in the Sunshine.
After the couple exchanged their vows, we took a little walk around the venue to take a few couple photographs. This gave the couple a breather before they headed in to the venue for their wedding breakfast.
Poonam went to get changed into her beautiful Soltee Couture wedding lengha. Parveen created a traditional Indian bridal make-up and hair look for the evening. The newlyweds made their 2nd grand entrance and proceeded to cut their delicious lemon drizzle wedding cake (my favourite flavour!), which was created by The Strawberry Bakery. The party kicked off after the couple had their first dance. To give them another breather, we headed out again for final couple photographs in Poonam’s second wedding outfit.
I adored this wedding and I’m so thankful that Jamie and Poonam chose me to be part of their big day.
